The November 27, 1951 meeting of Alpha Phi Omega was held in Room 11 in the Physical Education building at 7:30 p.m. A report of the committee's was heard. The publicity committee is going to run a series of articles in the “Collegian” in regards to the purpose and activities of APO. The Service Committee had not sent a letter in regards to the demonstration pool. They decided to wait one or two weeks until the scoutmasters are not so busy. In the meantime they're working on a complete mailing list. A motion advancing the meeting to Thursday nights was raised and passed. A count of votes was used because of the importance of this decision, therefore 15 votes for Thursday night, 4 against, and 10 included. December 13 was set as the deadline for applications and dues.
